Day 2: Briefing of pistachio bar and then practical.
Day 3: Little history on Chocolate and make chocolate Mandola.
Day 4: concept and practical on how to make Oreo truffles.
Day 5: A bit concept on bonbons and then we will make orange bonbons.
Week 2: Travel Cakes( little bit history and theory will be discussed along with each topic everyday).
Day 1: Figs Crumble cake.
Day 2: Chocolate Pistachio Cake.
Day 3: Orange Chocolate cake.
Day 4: Marble Cake.
Day 5: Cherry financiar.
Week 3: Tarts.
Day 1: Fresh Fruit Tart.
Day 2: Quiche
Day 3: Blueberry and Pistachio tart.
Day 4: Flan.
Day 5: Apple Pie.
